Galleries on Dragon Street Collaborate for the Ultimate Art Party

Circuit 12 and Red Arrow Contemporary, both housed at Jim Lake Companies‘ 1130 Dragon Street complex, are coming together this Saturday for Project 1130, a party that combines all the best things in life: beer, art, music and food.

From 7 to 11 p.m., the two galleries are taking over the back alleyway of the building and projecting video onto the walls, debuting a new mural on the side of the building, bringing in food trucks, passing out complimentary beer and live screen printing. Both galleries will also be open inside so you can check out their current exhibits.

A $10 admission ticket includes drinks all night and a raffle ticket for giveaways from the Meddlesome Moth, The Belmont Hotel, Ducati, Center, Circuit 12 and Red Arrow. The O’s will be performing and DeeJay Cee Pee will be spinning the beats.

You’ll also have a chance to shop at some booths lining the alleyway, including pop up shops from f. is for frank, The Public Trust, Centre/Atama, Fur Face Boy, Industry Screen Printing and the Vintage Mobile. Food trucks at the event include Cup Cakin’ Machine, Bacon Wagon, Dough Boys Pizza and La Grange Snow Cones.
