FT33 Opens this Saturday in the Design District

Chef Matt McCallister has been busy getting his newest restaurant, FT33, up and running in the Design District, and Oct. 13 is the day it finally opens. Dinner reservations for Saturday are currently being taken, and the restaurant will officially open for regular hours beginning next Tuesday, Oct. 16.

Buzz has been growing about McCallister’s avant garde menu, which includes smoked ikura, acana yolk, charred octopus and a lemongrass and white chocolate dessert. Even with its unfamiliar items, however, FT33′s food promises to be unlike anything featured at any other restaurant in town. As McCallister said in his interview with 360 West Magazine, “I want to serve the kind of food no one else is doing in Dallas.”

The hours for McCallister’s new restaurant are 4:30 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. Tuesday through Thursday and 4:30 p.m. to midnight, Friday and Saturday. It is located at 1617 Hi Line Drive, Suite 250. You can make reservations by calling (214) 741-2629.
