AVANT Luxury Living Launches in the Design District

Apartments and lofts have been springing up all over the Design District for the past few years, making room for over 2,500 residents living in the area by 2013. Alliance residential is hopping on the band wagon and has been quietly building its brand new AVANT apartment community at 1955 Market Center Blvd for the past year.

AVANT will be a luxury mid-rise apartment community that will offer a green take on urban living. Being built along the future Trinity Strand Trail, the complex plans to be a tranquil oasis in the middle of the city, defined by entertainment-centric spaces, private yards in select homes and five distinct courtyard areas.

Though the community will not be fully completed until 2013, the first phase of apartment homes is set to be released Nov. 26th and pre-leasing will be available Sept. 17th.
