New restaurants coming to the Design District via 1400 Hi Line

1400 Hi Line has been lighting up the West side of the Dallas skyline for a few weeks now, and word on the street is that it has already leased 50% of the apartments that opened up this month (57 out of 110). The remainder of the 314 units will open by mid-January, bringing in many new residents to the Design District, and, with them, new businesses.

According to an article in the Dallas Business Journal, Central Standard (which we wrote about a few months ago) will be opening up on the ground floor this Fall. It will be a gastro-pub concept from Restaurants America, the creators of Prime Bar in Uptown, Townhouse Kitchen at the Galleria and the newly-opened Park Tavern at Park Lane.

1400 Hi Line is also under negotiations with Sfuzzi, an Italian restaurant and lounge with locations in Uptown and Las Colinas. Plans for the remaining spaces include a small grocer, a postal center and a dry cleaners.
